The head and hoof singeing machine is specially developed to remove residual fine hairs on pigskin based on the process of frying pigskin.

It adopts vibrating feeding, high-temperature resistant mesh belt conveying, and double-layer (spray fire singeing) to ensure clean hair removal.
The pig head singeing machine has several advantages, including simple structure, easy operation and learning, small floor area, low investment cost, high hair removal efficiency, low production and manufacturing costs, low power consumption of only 0.75KW, fast hair removal speed (able to singe 50 pig heads per hour), and long service life.
It replaces manual singeing, with fast speed, clean singeing, energy saving, reduced labor intensity, and saved labor costs.

Washing machine

After the singeing machine completes its operation, the material proceeds directly to the washing machine to remove any residual debris.

The cleaning machine features a residue tray for quick and easy cleaning.
