Shell kernel ratio for reference:

Sunflower seeds: different varieties: 4:6 or 5:5.
Flaxseed: 40-45% kernel and 55-60% shell.
Oats are more varied due to variety and fullness, usually 50% shell and 50% kernel.
Macadamias: 4 shells: 1 kernel
Buckwheat: kernel proportion of about 60%, the proportion of roughly 40% of the skin, 100kg buckwheat raw materials, hulling can be obtained after the finished kernel of about 60-80kg.
