Working Principle
The mobile grain dryer adopts a new drying technology that fully combines downstream drying, segmented differential slow cooling and cross-flow cooling. In view of the internal temperature and moisture distribution of the rice grains, downstream drying and differential slow drying are alternately used. Low temperature and large air volume are used for uniform drying. A short slow drying section is designed in the middle to achieve a reasonable moisture and heat balance inside and outside the grain. After the grain is dried, the moisture is even and the reduction is reduced. The grain burst rate ensures the quality after drying and improves drying efficiency. The lower part of the mobile grain dryer is equipped with a long slow-cooling section to achieve an appropriate ratio between grain slow-cooking and drying time, further ensuring the quality of the dried grain.
